Eligibility

Please contact us before you buy to confirm whether the course you want is refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email classesforgermanlanguage@gmail.com from your account email with the payment reference from Orders & payments.

How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Banks usually credit the money within 5–7 working days after we start the refund.
• When a payment is fully refunded, access to that course ends.

Failed payments

If money was deducted but the payment failed or the course did not unlock, the bank normally returns it automatically. If it does not arrive within 7 working days, contact us with the payment reference.
