This policy explains what personal data Easy German By Rajveer Sir (“we”) collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, password (stored only in encrypted form by our login provider), name and optional WhatsApp number.
• Learning: the courses you have, lessons you completed, test answers and scores, and live classes you joined (attendance).
• Payments: order amounts, status and Razorpay payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay and never reach our servers.
• Technical: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs.

Why we use it

• To give you access to the courses you bought and show your progress and certificate.
• To run live classes and share recordings with your batch.
• To process payments and refunds and keep the records the law requires.
• To contact you about your courses and classes.

Who processes your data for us

• Supabase — accounts and database
• Razorpay — payments
• Bunny.net — video streaming
• Zoom — live classes
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can update your name and number on the Account page. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email classesforgermanlanguage@gmail.com. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.
